FloPlanner terms of use
These terms apply when you use FloPlanner, the inventory planning app from Floridge ("Floridge", "we", "us"), based in Australia. By installing or using FloPlanner you agree to them. If you use FloPlanner for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf.
1. What FloPlanner does
FloPlanner forecasts demand for your products, rolls your stock forward week by week, and suggests order dates and quantities for you to review. Forecasts and suggestions are estimates based on the data you provide and the settings you choose. They are not guarantees. You decide what to order and when, and you remain responsible for your purchasing, stock and business decisions.
2. Plans, trials and billing
- Plans and prices are shown on floridge.com/floplanner and in the store you subscribe through.
- Starter is billed through Shopify. Advanced and Advanced Plus are billed through Stripe, as shown at checkout.
- Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel Starter in Shopify, and Advanced or Advanced Plus in your FloPlanner account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Starter refunds follow Shopify's rules. Advanced and Advanced Plus payments aren't refunded, including for part of a month; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next billing period.
3. Early access
Early-access versions are still being developed. Features may change, and early access may end or change without notice.
4. Your data
Your business data stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide and improve FloPlanner. You confirm you have the right to give us the data you upload or connect.
5. Using FloPlanner fairly
Don't misuse FloPlanner: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no access to other people's accounts, and no use that breaks the law or a marketplace's rules.
6. Our intellectual property
FloPlanner, its software, design and content belong to Floridge. We give you a licence to use FloPlanner for your business while your subscription is active.
7. Availability
We work to keep FloPlanner available and accurate, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own records of anything important.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows:
- FloPlanner is provided "as is", without warranties about the accuracy of forecasts or suggestions.
- We aren't liable for lost profits, lost sales, stock-outs, excess stock or other indirect loss.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using FloPlanner at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. After an account closes, or you uninstall the Shopify app, we delete its data within 30 days.
10. Shopify terms
If you got FloPlanner from the Shopify App Store, Shopify's terms also apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
